We’re bringing together local founders for an honest and insightful panel discussion about their journeys, challenges, and what it really means to build from Thessaloniki. We’ll also be joined by the Agri-Now team, winners of the Panathēnea Festival 2025 Startup Competition, along with Terra Robotics, for a focused discussion on the future of agriculture and the ways technology is transforming how the sector operates.

​Beetroot will also host a keynote session exploring how art and design interact with technology and innovation, a signature theme deeply connected to the creative identity of Thessaloniki.
