​Salwa Shamapande is a three-time entrepreneur and the current CFO and co-founder of Bosso Technology and Innovation Limited, a fast-growing tech company in Zambia that is redefining the e-commerce and construction technology space.

​His journey spans diverse experiences, from starting work at McDonald’s at the age of 14, where he learned that trust is the foundation of all business, to building ventures across continents. He has worked with leading global financial institutions such as Bank of America and Citibank, founded Insurrection Films in the United States, and later launched Restaurant Week in Zambia, which reshaped the local food and hospitality industry.
