​We’re setting the table for a relaxed Thursday evening with our good mates from Anther Distillery, and you’re invited.

​Join Brewer Nic Sandery from Molly Rose and the Anther Spirits team from Geelong for a night of sipping, feasting and good chat around the table. No rush, no fuss — just bloody tasty drinks with the people who make them.

​We’ll be pouring a lineup of Anther’s award-winning spirits, including their incredible Cherry Gin made with 70,000+ black cherries, the very same gin that inspired something pretty special in our brewery.

​Introducing:

​Double Take
Flanders Style Brown | 5.4% ABV

​Part of our Not Wasted series, Double Take brings together leftover gin cherries from Anther and second-use peaches from our Peachi beer, blended with new and old brown beer. Created for the Carwyn Canvent there are now only two cases left, so this will be a very special pour. 

​The evening will flow with:

✨ A thoughtfully designed shared menu
✨ Pairings of Molly Rose beers and Anther spirits
✨ Stories from the brewery and distillery floor

​Chef Sam is putting together a seasonal menu built to play beautifully with bold botanicals, bright acidity and those rich, cherry-soaked notes. Dietary requirements can be accommodated, and we'll touch base shortly after your booking to check😊

​It’s intimate by design — limited seats around the table.

​Please let us know as soon as possible if you can no longer attend. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event will receive a full refund. Within 48 hours, a $25pp cancellation fee applies.
