Most engineers I know use one or two AI subscriptions. I use over 15 (18 today) to run dozens of conductors, each leading teams of agents. Too much to read or review, so I steer top-down: problem, vision, mission, strategy. Graded rubrics and gates check intent, plans, code, tests, QA, security, UX, and even the graders. I'll share how to spot fast when agents are off, and steer them back.
