​The leap from prototype to scalable, industrial production is one of the most underestimated challenges in defense – technically and financially. Meanwhile, a structural shift is underway: automotive and aerospace suppliers are facing shrinking order books and are actively looking for new sectors to anchor their capacity. Defense is one of the most promising opportunities they see.
