Claim your Tencent Cloud Credit in 3 steps
Step 1: Indicate your interest via the Luma event registration page and ensure you provide the correct email address.
Step 2: Receive a Tencent Cloud account registration link via email within 2-3 working days. Follow the registration guide to complete your account set-up before the event day.
Step 3: After your registration is submitted, you will receive a email to bind your account with our partner Deedge. Once completed Tencent Cloud credits will be credited to your account within 2–3 working days.
FREE Installation
The first 50 participants who complete account setup will receive a confirmation email before 27 March 2026 on your eligibility for free installation. Please bring your laptop (Mac or Windows) on the event day and log in to your Tencent Cloud account to enjoy the free installation and kickstart your AI journey with us!
If you do not receive the confirmation email, or prefer to set things up on your own, don’t worry — we’ll provide a self-setup manual on the event day, along with on-site Q&A support from our Tencent Cloud engineers!

Q: If I already have a Tencent Cloud account, can I still apply for credits?
A: Existing Tencent Cloud account holders may apply for credits through their account manager or channel representative. If you do not have an account manager or channel representative, please follow the event guidance to register a new account in order to receive the credits.
Q: Can a Tencent Cloud account registered in China receive the credits?
A: Please follow the event guidance to register a new account in order to receive the credits.
Q: If I already have a Tencent Cloud account, can I still enjoy the on-site installation service?
A: On-site installation support will be prioritized for the first 50 newly registered users. However, a self-installation guide will be provided on site, and our staff will be available to assist with troubleshooting. You are warmly welcome to join the open build session.
Q: Can multiple accounts from the same company apply for credits?
A: Applications are processed on an individual account basis. Company email addresses may be used, and multiple accounts from the same company may apply. For enterprise-level requirements, you are welcome to leave your contact details with us at the event.
Q: If I do not receive the confirmation email, can I still join the installation session?
