As AI agents move from experimentation to autonomous action across clouds, payments, and critical infrastructure, trust is no longer assumed. It must be provable.

During World Economic Forum week, the Advanced AI Society is curating a high-visibility panel, sponsored by Edge and Node at the USA House to examine one unresolved question that will determine whether the agentic economy can scale:

How do institutions, regulators, and enterprises verify observability, control, accountability, and responsibility when AI agents act independently across systems?

This session convenes leaders building at different control points of the agentic ecosystem, from hardware and infrastructure to payments and human-facing control surfaces, to explore what a cryptographically verifiable, human-usable governance model for agents must look like in practice.

Speakers:

Deputy CLO, Global Head of Policy at Cloudflare - Alissa Starzak,

Co-CEO of Coinbase Institutional - Brett Tejpaul

CEO of Edge & Node - Rodrigo Coelho

Moderator: Michael Casey, Chairman, Advanced AI Society

This panel is curated by the Advanced AI Society and made possible through the work of one of its newest collaborators, Edge and Node, whose platform enables human-centered control and visibility across autonomous agent systems.

The session will also serve as a launch moment for the Advanced AI Society’s Proof of Control initiative and as an on-ramp to the Summit on Human Agency on February 23, opening the Linux Foundation’s annual Members Summit. https://events.linuxfoundation.org/summit-on-human-agency/
