Judy brings nearly 20 years of experience in digital marketing and delivery, helping organisations grow, launch campaigns and deliver major projects. Alongside her career, she has also worked independently — using her marketing skills to support startups and new ventures.
Her journey is a great example of how skills in areas like marketing can open doors to freelance work, collaborations and startup opportunities.
Giuseppe is a PhD-qualified Mechanical Engineer who combines technical expertise with a passion for helping others build careers in STEM. Alongside his work in engineering and simulation, he founded Make It STEM — an initiative that supports students and early-career professionals through career guidance, educational content and online courses.
Through Make It STEM, Giuseppe creates resources that help aspiring engineers develop practical skills, understand industry pathways and navigate opportunities beyond traditional academic routes. His work shows how technical knowledge can also be turned into independent projects, educational platforms and entrepreneurial ventures.
Holly is a freelance translator and interpreter who works across French, Italian and Spanish, helping individuals, organisations and services communicate clearly across languages. Through her business, Holly France Language Solutions, she translates written content into English, interprets in professional and public service settings, and supports clients with proofreading and editing.
With a genuine passion for languages and connecting people, Holly’s work sits at the heart of international communication — turning ideas, conversations and written content into something that can be understood across cultures.
Tom is the founder of Huddle, a boutique consultancy he has run for over a decade, helping organisations design and build better digital products and services. With more than 20 years’ experience working with leaders responsible for websites, platforms and digital systems, Tom brings a rare mix of commercial thinking, technical expertise and user-centred design.
Alongside his consultancy work, Tom teaches coding and digital skills, creates electronic music, and explores the intersection between technology and creativity. His clients have ranged from new ventures to organisations such as the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, St John Ambulance, and the Royal Air Force.
