About Event

Are you aiming to switch up your career — whether it’s your role, industry, type of company, or company culture? Oftentimes when making a career change, we can feel overwhelmed and stall due to a variety of challenges. Certain pivots can be harder than others, but in this talk, CEO & Career Coach Rachel Serwetz will guide you through a methodical process to make your pivot feel clear, intentional, and ultimately, successful!

We’ll ensure you understand how to feel crystal clear in your direction, upskill towards your new path, explore bridge roles if necessary, network your way in, and highlight your transferrable skills to crush your interviews. We’ll end with an AMA where you can get any of your career questions answered!

Target Audience: Professionals seeking to make a career change
