At Art Club, our mission is to create joyful, inspiring experiences for everyone. We understand that life happens, which is why we’ve crafted a policy that’s fair, transparent, and community-minded — helping us continue to build meaningful workshops while respecting the time, materials, and energy of our artists and guests.

We do our best to be flexible while also honoring the prep, materials, and planning that go into each workshop.

4-day cutoff is based on the workshop’s scheduled start time

Any credit card or administrative fees associated with bookings are non-refundable.

You may request to transfer your booking to another workshop of 

 the original workshop date and is subject to availability.

In exceptional circumstances, Art Club may offer a 

one-time transfer or courtesy credit at its discretion

We cannot offer refunds or credits for missed classes unless otherwise agreed upon due to exceptional circumstances.

Weather or Emergency-Related Cancellations

If a workshop is canceled due to weather, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, Art Club will offer either:

Solar Prints: Cyanotype with Basilica Bio

, a beginner-friendly cyanotype workshop rooted in community, botany, and summer light.

Basilica Bio is a Black-led environmental justice organization working at the intersection of climate and health equity. Their Community Outreach Specialists, Carolyn and Quinn, will guide the workshop and help guests make their own cyanotype artwork using botanical materials and sunlight.

Come spend time in community, learn a little about botany, and leave with your own blue sun print.
