COO Forum: The High-Impact COO: Translating Operational Excellence into a Powerful Executive Narrative - Fri, 4/10 at 10:30a ET
Talking about your job is not the same as describing your wins, brands, and professional excellence. COOs need to convey to their executive peers and their boards exactly how well they do what they do—and exactly how and why their work directly influences organization performance. In this presentation, you will learn to understand your COO brand as it impacts your current company and the ways you might shift that into the future. You also will investigate a framework for translating "what you do every day" into stories that prove your excellence, and you'll learn ways to apply these mini case studies to your communications, whether you are talking to your corporate peers, team, stakeholders, or the public.
