Your Other Product Is a Financial Data Room
You built the technology. Investors are also underwriting a second product: the financial package around it.
That means the model, the structure, the risk allocation, and the return story, and most founders don't realize they have to design it until a deal stalls. Investors who finance first-of-a-kind hardware will walk you through what makes that package credible, and where Triangle founders often leave money and leverage on the table.
You'll leave knowing what belongs in your data room, how investors read it, and what to fix before your next conversation.
