An Evening of Restoration, Rest, and Rewiring for the Nervous System with Cat Tweedie
This event is open to the public — purchase a public ticket for $30. Commons member tickets are $15.
Taking care of our bodies, emotions, hearts, and souls doesn’t need to feel like work. It can feel fabulous, sacred, beautiful, and joyful.
This nervous system reset will include shaking our bodies, breathwork, and guided energetic practices to meet and support your system in whatever you are working with.
This arc of activation and release will support deeper connection with yourself: awakening a closeness to the center of your being that is the source of your joy and wonder in this life.
No prior experience is necessary.
You are warmly invited to join this playful evening of nourishment and restoration in service of your wellbeing.
Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay down on and a water bottle and eat lightly beforehand.
