ariana is a wellness consultant with 13+ years of experience in movement, breathwork, and sound. bachelor’s in kinesiology, certified yoga and sound practitioners, licensed esthetician. her work explores the intersection of physiology and presence — guiding clients into deeper regulation, resilience, and embodied awareness.
