Marketers, growth leads, product marketers and founders who've run customer research before and want to take their messaging to the next level.

This isn't a beginner course. We're assuming you know how to recruit and talk to customers - now you want the advanced techniques that consistently produce better copy.

Turn raw interview data into a structured hierarchy: core value prop, supporting messages, proof points. We'll use AI to speed up analysis where it helps.

Hands-on practice
You'll work on both your own messaging and case study examples we've prepared. You'll populate frameworks during the session that you can take straight back to your business.

Testing and validation
How to test copy on prospects before you commit to it (time permitting).

Pre-work: Before the session, take a look at the messaging on your own website or product and reflect on how customer-centric it is (or isn't). Come ready to discuss.
