​Week 5 with Tina Thompson.

​Tina's approach: use social listening and AI queries to map category demand, then build Claude workflows (not static decks) so teams can query and iterate - covering positioning, campaign planning and weekly content.

​Her big lesson: AI fails without context, no matter how detailed the prompt, but AI can also help build that context step by step. Her ethos: AI gets you 80% of the way, the last 20% is human judgement. She'll open with a real example of time wasted before using Claude properly.

​Challenge: repurpose an old post or email.
