AI x Business #2: Using AI at Orange Romania

​AI x Business is a limited series in which Business and Tech leaders share examples of they've integrated AI in the daily activities of the company.

​We've started this initiative after we've been fed up by the hype, slop and 'hot takes' on LinkedIn. With the aim to discuss concrete use cases, challenges and lessons learned from actual implementations and usage of AI solutions and tools.

​Joining us as the guest speaker for the 2nd edition in the series is Florin Iordăckioiu, Head of Culture and Organizational Development at Orange Romania.

​Florin Iordăckioiu is a passionate human resources professional with over 15 years of experience in the field. He has been involved in leadership development, organizational culture, and talent management projects for Orange Romania. He has also delivered training programs in other Orange Group countries (Ethiopia, Kenya, Republic of Moldova). He coordinated the implementation of training and coaching programs that had a significant impact on team performance, and contributed to building HR strategies adapted to current market needs.

​Florin leads teams of learning and organizational development professionals, and his ongoing focus is finding and implementing creative ideas and concrete practices, inspiring and motivating his work partners to find innovative solutions to human resources challenges.
