TPPG Virtual Roundtable: Re-Orgs

Allison Hicks, TPPG Community Manager and VP of People at Practice Better, will host a small, off-the-record virtual roundtable focused on a topic many People leaders are navigating right now: restructuring.

Re-orgs rarely live neatly on a slide deck. They show up as difficult conversations, leadership pressure, shifting expectations, and teams trying to make sense of what comes next.
This discussion will explore the real-world challenges HR leaders face before, during, and after restructuring. From navigating layoffs and organizational redesign to supporting teams through uncertainty and protecting trust along the way.

The session will be a candid, peer-driven conversation for experienced People leaders who want to compare notes, pressure-test their thinking, and hear how others are approaching these moments in practice.
Expect honest discussion, lived experience, and room for nuance as organizations continue to shift.
