Walking Mastermind is a community-focused experience that gives startup founders and ecosystem members space to step away from the day-to-day and connect in a more honest, grounded way — while walking.
Research shows that walking side by side, rather than sitting face-to-face, increases comfort and openness — even between people who don't already know each other. We use that to our advantage.
Instead of a room and an agenda, you get fresh air, a peer, and a real conversation about what you’re actually navigating right now — led by Noa Ronen, who designs peer-to-peer experiences where real connection builds trust, speeds execution, and creates a ripple effect across founders, teams, and communities

📍 FORMAT
We gather outside the AU doors and move through a lightly structured experience. Sneakers or comfortable shoes are recommended but not required:
→ Warm-up: an intentional opening question relevant to where community members are right now → Paired walking conversations: 20-25 minutes, guided by light prompts to keep things moving → Group reflection: come back together to share what surfaced → Informal time: now you’re ready to go — keep the conversation going as you head into RDSW inside AU (Feel free to cowork until the event starts or grub lunch with a new friend.)
A seated alternative is available for anyone who needs it.
