Tom is a Partner in the Transactions team at CMS, the UK and Europe’s largest law firm, specialising in supporting tech companies (including from the US) to expand into the UK and European markets. With over 15 years of experience advising high-growth businesses, Tom offers strategic legal and commercial guidance across corporate structuring, cross-border transactions, regulatory compliance, and scaling operations internationally.
