AfroEcology in the age of Artificial Intelligence (AI) introduces AfroIndigenous ecological practices as a solution to climate change. After the introduction to the practices, our team will open the floor for a 30 minute discussion with attendees/leaders around the practical implementation of AfroEcology as an emerging critical cultural defense mechanism.
WHY
Environmental racism and systemic infrastructure disparities disproportionately expose marginalized communities to life-threatening heatwaves and pollution, the intersection of Afroecology and Artificial Intelligence should be a part of Atlanta Climate Week as a solution oriented power hour.
