​Join Levy for a hands-on crash course in design thinking fundamentals, built around the double diamond framework—a tool for exploring problems and solutions through cycles of opening up possibilities, then focusing down on what's worth pursuing.

​What we'll practice together:

• ​Using the double diamond to navigate from fuzzy problem to tested solution

• ​Techniques for building genuine empathy with the people you're designing for

• ​How to diverge (explore widely) and converge (decide strategically) without getting stuck

• ​Distinguishing between assumptions, hunches, and validated insights

• ​Low-fidelity prototyping that gets you learning fast

​We'll work through examples that demonstrate the framework in action—so when you form self-guided teams for the January build cycle, you'll have a shared methodology and vocabulary.
