Negotiation Workshop with UCD Smurfit School
Senior leaders negotiate daily, and most were never taught how. They've gotten here through experience, but they're walking into the highest-stakes conversations of their career the same way they handled far smaller ones.
Money and terms get left on the table, whether it's a million-dollar deal or your own career conversations.
UCD Smurfit School has taught leaders at Meta, Workday and HubSpot to stop paying that cost, in a course led by Stephen Boyle, an expert negotiation trainer with over 20 years' experience.
For three days only, they're bringing the course from Ireland to Techspace London at a subsidised rate.
About the course and speaker
Stephen has spent over 20 years as a negotiation trainer, lecturer and consultant. He currently teaches negotiation, influence and decision making at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School in Dublin. Before this, Stephen held roles in management consulting and in communication and change management inside Fortune 500 companies.
The course itself is one of Smurfit's flagship executive education programmes, typically priced at £3,000, and part of what's driven the university's rise in the global executive education rankings.
This is the third time that Techspace will be working with UCD, having hosted successful rounds in London and Berlin.
