Debutants & Dynasties: Building Business Legacy Like a Bridgerton
Workshop Leader: Nekaycha Cavil
-Many small business owners operate within inherited, informal structures and ways of doing business that are deeply rooted in cultural, familial, or community legacy. These practices, while once essential for survival or resource-sharing, are often passed down without adaptation and can become outdated in today's rapidly shifting economic landscape. It can unintentionally create blind spots, inequities, and operational fragility. This workshop helps entrepreneurs recognize these aged-out systems, understand their impact on decision-making and growth, and strategically reframe them to thrive, and not just survive in modern markets.
-Participants will gain a powerful root-system diagnostic tool to map internal dynamics and relational weaknesses. They’ll also walk away with a refined pivot map—an actionable blueprint to reorganize or redesign their “household” (team, partnerships, systems) for strategic alignment, confidence, and growth that lasts.
