Susie brings her signature energy and insight from Stanford’s d.school to guide participants through the full human-centered design process — from empathy interviews to rapid prototyping. She’ll show you how to move beyond “problem-solving” into truly understanding people’s needs and co-creating solutions that make a real impact.
