Everyone's been setting up AI agents on Mac minis, deploying them online, and running into walls. Security concerns. Configuration headaches. The "wait, how do I actually do this?" moments.
I'm going to walk through how I set mine up on EC2 (with slides, because live demos leak credentials). Then we're opening it up: what's your setup? What are you using it for? What broke? What worked?
