✨ Purpose
The best GTM ideas don't come from slides — they come from stories. Join 25 Toronto operators for Clay Campfire, an intimate storytelling night where we share the plays, pivots, and moments that changed how we work. No demos. No decks. Just real talk around a (metaphorical) fire.
This is the first event in our 2026 Toronto series — designed to reignite the community and remind us why we show up for each other.
💬 Vibe
Think The Moth meets GTM. 5–6 hand-picked storytellers share a 5-minute story around one theme: The play that changed everything. Could be a creative outbound sequence, an enrichment workflow that unlocked a new market, or a conversation that rewired your whole approach.
After the stories, we break into small campfire rounds — intimate table conversations where you riff on what you heard and swap ideas. You'll leave with new connections and at least one idea you didn't walk in with.
Only one rule: NO PITCHING! This is a space for honesty, not highlight reels.

7:00 – 7:30 PM | Doors, drinks, settle in
7:30 – 8:30 PM | Welcome + Storytelling — 5–6 speakers share their play
8:30 – 9:00 PM | Campfire rounds — small group conversations + share-backs
9:00 – 10:00 PM | Networking, drinks + closing remarks
