​In this AI for Fundraisers workshop, we’ll tackle one of the most time-intensive parts of nonprofit work — planning and executing events that actually move your mission forward.

​This hands-on session will walk you through how to use WIZE to streamline event planning, simplify logistics, and generate all the communications and materials you need… in a fraction of the usual time.

​In this workshop, you will:

• ​Build a complete event plan outline — from concept to follow-up

• ​Generate invitations, run-of-show scripts, sponsor packets, and post-event communications using AI

• ​Create segmented outreach lists and messaging tailored to donors, volunteers, and community partners

• ​Develop a practical event timeline and task tracker that keeps your team aligned and reduces last-minute stress
