​Computer Use Agents have improved significantly over the last 12 months, but they remain brittle particularly in real world long horizon web flows.

​We’re bringing together the top CUA leaders, researchers and founders in the Bay Area for an intimate dinner to discuss the wins and challenges in 2025, and the road ahead for CUA in 2026. Elaine You, CUA PM at Microsoft, has a unique perspective, and will join as a special guest.

Topics we expect to cover:

1. Accuracy and reliability remain the biggest challenges for CUA models, where a failure in a single step caused the whole task to fail. Will vision only be the unlock in 2026 or will HTML continue to be part of the answer?

3. Where are the big labs focused vs the opportunity for CUA startups?
4. With models improving so fast, what’s the benefit of fine-tuning? Do the models continue to improve as fast, or have they reached a plateau?
