Writing through Quiet Grief
Is life good for you - but something's off?
You're feeling low without reason. That kind of 'out of sorts' feeling that you just can't name? Unexplained fatigue and social misplacement? A strange disconnect - even on a great day. Or, maybe it's the random sobbing that's catching up with you. These sudden waves of unbearable sadness that pounce upon you at the office, in the kitchen, at the beach. No apology, no announcement - and you can't put your finger on its pulse. It's not unusual. It's called quiet grief - the unassuming, underrated kind. And it's a time bomb ticking in most of us.
Quiet Grief builds up from changes in our lives that go unnoticed - even the positive ones:
Moving Cities / Countries / office spaces (even!)
Becoming a mother
Emerging from burn out
Coming through a long illness
Leaving your job
Starting a new business
Losing something super sentimental
Losing weight / gaining weight
Letting go of a past event / previous version of yourself
This is a writing workshop for every woman that is silently working through unnamed changes.
Join us for a writing gathering that'll meet you wherever you are changed - and aching. Through a lovingly led She Wolf journaling experience, we'll write to find the root of the ache - so you can finally see it, name it and repair it.
This is a safe, collective space for all shapes of grief, and requires nothing more than your willingness to arrive, receive and feel loved.

Who leads the She Wolf experiences? You'll be guided by professional Book Coach, Editor, Writing Mentor and Founder of Room 206 Writing Agency, Natasha Fracchiolla. Natasha has mentored writers and non-writers through their memoirs for over 15 years - helping debut authors connect with their stories and crack their fear of the human experience - in all it's different fears and forms. Natasha's origin story began in South Africa, before setting up her life in Barcelona (where the cortados are best, she says!) and where she leads the She Wolf Writing Community (est 2024). Natasha remains conscious, connected and anchored in her work - the same way she teaches and nurtures you to be in your writing. See what others have said here.

More about She Wolf Community
She Wolf is a writing community born in Barcelona and led by Storyteller, Book Coach and Writer, Natasha Fracchiolla - Founder of My Playbox and Room 206. This is a community for all women of the world: a beautifully stitched storybook of women who choose courage over caution; who choose to experience the mess and magic of life - and write about it. We come together, not as writers, but as seekers to explore our strength and our surrender through original creative writing experiences. We connect on all things that sit inside a woman's heart. We respect our process as women with big stories to tell. We learn cool writing techniques to challenge our thinking and open us up; we find ways to the answers; we find our voices too - on the page and in the world. Sometimes, we howl at the moon.
