A Senior Executive with extensive managerial experience in defining vision and strategy, developing relationships with C-Level client executives, and managing organizations and P&L. Comprehensive experience in full customer life cycle – business development, presales, sales, services and support, with Fortune 100 clients worldwide.
Dror Dotan, Kaltura
COS & Executive Lead. A Senior technology executive with over two decades of hands-on leadership experience across public and private companies in multiple sectors. Dror is currently Chief of Staff and Executive Lead at Kaltura (Nasdaq: KLTR), overseeing a significant share of global operations. Previously, he built from the ground up and led corporate innovation strategy and execution for one of Israel’s largest holding groups, spanning 100+ subsidiaries and 16,000 employees worldwide. In parallel, Dror serves as an advisory board member to fast-growing technology companies, an academic lecturer, and a startup mentor. He also leads the Executives Group within the Bereisheet Tech community in New Jersey.
Lior Ben - Kereth, Meta
Senior engineering executive at Meta with 25 years of experience building and scaling global technology products. Currently leads Growth and Video Creators Ecosystems, with a career spanning early-stage startups to public companies. Brings deep expertise in product-driven growth, strategy, AI, and large-scale systems.
