Expert Series: US Expansion in 2026
US expansion involves numerous moving parts. You likely know what you want to build, but it’s not always clear how US legal structures, compliance, and timelines fit together.
Join Aspire and Lindsey Mignano, co-founder of SSM Legal, for a 60-minute conversation on the legal considerations founders should understand when expanding into the US.
This session builds context and confidence around the early legal decisions that support a smooth entry. You’ll hear practical insight drawn from real founder scenarios and current market realities, plus a perspective on what matters first, what can wait, and how a strong foundation supports day-to-day operations, fundraising, and long-term growth.
What you’ll gain from this session
How to think about entity setup and timing when entering the US
Key compliance considerations founders should understand early
Common cross-border structures, including non-US parent and US subsidiary models

The session concludes with live Q&A, where you can raise your own questions and hear how these topics are approached in practice.
