Creatives Co-Working - Hey, Designerin x ATworld
Join other women* and FLINTA freelance creatives in Berlin for a full day of co-working, connection, and actually getting things done.
Freelancing can be isolating. This is a space to work alongside others who get it, without pressure, without posturing, and without gatekeeping.
What to expect

Whether you’re deep in client work, refining your portfolio, or finally tackling admin, this is your time to move things forward.
Schedule
09:00–10:00 → Arrival & introductions
Ease into the day, grab a coffee, settle in, say hello. We’ll do a short round of introductions and share what everyone’s working on.
10:00–12:00 → Focus Block #1
Phones down, laptops open. Focused work time.
12:00–13:00 → Lunch
(Everyone grabs their own lunch or brings something along.)
13:00–15:00 → Focus Block #2
Back into deep work. Shared accountability, calm focus.
15:00–16:00 → Wrap-up & chat
Stretch, reflect, chat through what you worked on, ask questions, connect.

HEY, DESIGNERIN is a Berlin-based community for women* freelance creatives started by Weronika from Willda design studio. We meet online and offline to cowork, share advice, resources, and real talk about freelance life, no gatekeeping, or competition.
