Over the last year, something subtle but meaningful has been shifting across founders, investors, and operators.
We still talk about jobs, roles, and titles — but when real decisions get made, those labels increasingly fail to explain who is actually creating value.
This off-CES brunch is a curated, invitation-only conversation for people who are already encountering that gap firsthand — whether in building companies, evaluating talent, or making decisions where judgment matters more than credentials.
This is not a panel, a pitch session, or a future-of-work debate. It’s a working conversation to collaborate about what’s already changing — and where existing models are growing less relevant.
Our goal is to pressure-test a practical question:
If jobs are no longer the most useful unit for understanding contribution, what is — and how are people already adapting to that reality?
Format
20 participants maximum
90-minute hosted brunch (off-CES)
Private setting one block off the Las Vegas Strip (1.5mi from the Venetian Expo Center; 3mi from the Convention Center)
Light opening framing followed by open conversation for the remainder of the session

Attendance is by approval only. This is not a public event. Founders, investors, and operators are all welcome — participation is based on perspective, not role.
