About Event

ASIMOV Sessions are where new ideas are released into the wild.

At ETHDenver, we’re making the first public release of a new app - built for how people actually meet inside the Etherverse.

You meet someone.
You open the app.
And the moment doesn’t disappear.

ASIMOV captures the context of real-world encounters as they happen - who you met, what you talked about, and how it connects to everything else you know. No follow-ups to remember. No notes to write. No threads to lose once #BUIDL City moves on.

It’s simple by design. Point. Connect. Done.

For this session, we’re onboarding a limited group to seed the ETHDenver graph - founders, protocol teams, and high-signal builders active during the week.

If you’re in the room, you’re in the graph.

Joining the session is Levi Rybalov, founder of Arkhai, building the economic infrastructure for the machine economy. As autonomous agents begin negotiating, allocating compute, and coordinating resources, Arkhai is designing the market rails that make that future possible.

Two founders. Two layers of the emerging stack.
Intelligence and coordination.
Live, in the same room.

Late-week ETHDenver is where real alignment happens - after the panels, after the noise. The conversations that matter tend to happen off-stage.

Space is limited. Step inside while the city is live..

Important Notice:
This event will include a live demonstration of ASIMOV’s local-first biometric recognition technology. Participation is entirely voluntary. Facial recognition and related processing occur locally on user devices and are not stored in or transmitted to any central server. By attending and choosing to interact with the application, you acknowledge and consent to this demonstration.

ASIMOV

ASIMOV PI is a Personal Intelligence layer designed for the networked human.

It unifies your contacts, conversations, and context into a private, AI-powered graph you own. It reconciles fragmented data, surfaces relationship insights conversationally, and introduces a credit-based micro-economy where attention and access can be selectively monetized.

ASIMOV PI turns human attention into a currency.

Private by design.
On-device by default.
No ads. No data resale. Ever.

Arkhai

Arkhai is building the economic infrastructure for agent-native markets.

Its architecture enables verifiable compute, programmable escrow, and trust-flexible validation across distributed networks — allowing AI agents and humans to transact securely in decentralized marketplaces.

Led by Levi Rybalov (ex-Protocol Labs R&D), Arkhai sits at the intersection of game theory, cryptoeconomics, and machine coordination.

Where ASIMOV structures human intelligence, Arkhai structures machine markets.

OffChain Global

OffChain is a global community with over 70 chapters around the world for Web3 professionals, tech enthusiasts and entrepreneurs. We welcome like-minded people to build and connect. Each chapter/city aims to have a base of regular casual social gatherings or speaking events so we can bridge and connect.

Protocol Wealth

Protocol Wealth is an SEC-registered investment adviser that supports founders, families, and protocols with complex financial needs. It provides structure and oversight across digital assets, cross-border wealth, and private entities.

The Future of Web3 (0xFW3)

A curated community + monthly discussion series exploring the latest developments in crypto and web3. Gathering the builders, myth-makers, and quiet giants of the industry.

Cryptorado

Home to Colorado's Web3 technology innovators. Together, we are building the next generation of the web.
