Adam Zasada is a Senior Product Manager working on Payments at Dropbox, with 10 years of experience across fintech, Web3 infrastructure, AI agents, and GTM. He previously co-founded 0xKYC, a zero-knowledge identity protocol backed by Outlier Ventures and angel investors. Outside of work, he can often be found DJing house music.
Karol Harabasz is the Site Lead at Dropbox and a seasoned engineering leader who has spent his career building and scaling tech organizations in Poland. He specializes in growing engineering sites from the ground up, fostering high-performing teams, and making remote, global collaboration actually work. Deeply passionate about organizational design and modern development practices, Karol is a frequent speaker and mentor in the tech community. Additionally, Karol focuses on making a positive impact by supporting local NGOs. He’s also a proud cat dad to three rescues and firmly believes that real leadership is about lifting others up—both inside and outside the office. Karol holds an MBA from Franklin University and is PMI-certified.
