​WE’RE HOSTING THE FIRST PERPLEXITY HACKATHON IN THE UK, POWERED BY PERPLEXITY’S API PLATFORM!

​Create an internet-enabled project to inspire curiosity, seek knowledge, or reason through complex tasks.

​The Perplexity API Platform lets developers build apps with the best AI answer engine: a fast, affordable set of APIs that include the features millions of Perplexity users love, such as real-time internet search and trusted citations.

​Advanced offerings—such as reasoning, research, and multi-step planning—allow developers to build custom agents that support follow-up questions and expose chain-of-thought.

​We’re looking for developers to push the boundaries of what’s possible with the Perplexity API Platform and dream up entirely new product categories. If you’ve been thinking about shipping the “Perplexity for ____,” there’s never been a better time to start building.
