​Pam Fox Rollin, a principal at Altus Growth Partners, is an executive team coach and strategic advisor who guides brilliant experts—including scientists, physicians, and technologists—to step up their leadership and build companies that scale. She has coached founders and leadership teams at every stage; rocketship clients have included Midi Health, Bridgit, StoreHub, NerdWallet, and Medallia.
