sunday, january 25, from 1–4PM
meet at Cafe Cin Cin near Parc Baldwin and build snow sculptures together!
what we'll be doing:
1-2pm: intros, snacks and warm drinks, chatting
2-3pm: snow sculptures in Parc Baldwin
3-4pm: warm back up in Cafe Cin Cin!
what to bring
warm clothing, especially gloves (for snow sculpture building)
Outdoor activity: Snow Sculptures!
after a couple of cozy, indoor creative sessions, this time we are taking Wintering Well Together to the beautiful outdoors!
Sarah Lubbe will be your host for this gathering as WW is not in town (she wishes she could join!!!!!).
update jan 23: we have decided on building snow sculptures together instead of ice skating because of the frigid temperatures this weekend, as well as lots of snow (yay for snow sculptures!!!)

what is Wintering Well Together?
it's a Cozy Creative Community for mutual support through Winter Blues (SAD szn).
it's hard to organise when you feel low. the hope is that having something in your calendar that's recurring and low-pressure on purpose can help. patchy attendance is expected – so no guilt allowed for missing out!
come as you are. you will be welcome! (there will be a group chat as well for more casual support.)
what will it look like?
it'll be 6 monthly gatherings from November 2025 to April 2026! generally, it'll be a ~3-hour gathering either at my house or a a cozy cafe.
there will be some socialising and hanging out, and also usually either a creative or outdoor activity.
examples of creative and outdoor activities we might do:
junk journaling, collage, scrapbook, drawing
snowball fights, ice skating, winter walks, snow sculptures
