Design Unfold #5 Automate the output, keep the design craft

โWe're Design Unfold, a community in Bucharest built to unify disciplines, because design, code, and strategy should share a goal.
โThis is our sixth gathering, and the first one we're doing online. The reason is simple. We wanted to see the screens.
โMost workflows right now are half-built. It's easy to scroll past a finished-looking output and assume everyone else has a system. What most people have is a set of decisions made under a tight deadline. Ours included.
โ๐ Why join us?
โWe're interested in how it actually moves, from the first step to the delivered file. What needs to stay manual, and what needs to get faster, so the space goes to the decisions that matter most.
โWhat you hand over and what you keep is a decision.
โSo we invited Mihai and Sergei to explore just that.
โMihai Peticฤ is UX & Product Design Lead, and he'll be making AI design output predictable with guardrails.
โSergei Chyrkov is Founder & Creative Director at CHYRKOV studio and a SpaceXAI Ambassador, and he'll be automating design workflows with AI.
โThey're going to share not only what they automated in their design workflows, but how they delegate and how much control they keep over it.
โThere's no recipe here. They come from different backgrounds, and what works for one might not work for the other. Showing that different approaches coexist has been core to us from the start.
โTwenty minutes each, live, with time for questions after each one.
โWe're not recording, so the half-finished version is welcome. If you can't make it, we'll share a summary afterwards.
โNew faces very welcome. Come with your own workflow, a question, or pure vibes.
