About Event

If you’ve ever wondered how new ventures are actually built inside large organisations — or how ideas turn into real products when complexity, regulation, and legacy systems are involved — this conversation is for you.

Join us for a live fireside chat with Nabeel El Dughailib, a venture builder, operator, and two time founder who has spent over a decade working at the intersection of corporate innovation, venture creation, and product execution.

Nabeel has built and led ventures across AI, digital infrastructure, climate tech, insurtech, and the future of work. His journey spans startups, venture studios, and large enterprises — holding roles across operations, product, and sales — giving him a rare end to end view of how new businesses are explored, validated, and actually shipped.

Why this conversation matters
Most founders are taught how startups should work. Far fewer get exposed to how ventures are really built when the environment is messy, incentives are misaligned, and certainty doesn’t exist. This session pulls back the curtain on venture building as a craft — from early exploration to conviction, execution, and survival beyond the pitch deck.

We’ll unpack:
• What venture building really looks like beyond buzzwords and frameworks
• How to explore, validate, and kill ideas before they waste years of effort
• The role of product thinking in turning strategy into something shippable
• Lessons from building AI, ESG, and infrastructure ventures inside large organisations
• How founders can borrow corporate discipline without losing speed or ambition
• What it actually takes to move from concept to execution in uncertain environments

About Nabeel El Dughailib
Nabeel is a venture builder and corporate innovation advisor with global experience across startups, venture studios, and large enterprises. He has authored venture building frameworks, designed market expansion programs, led in house venture creation across multiple regions, and delivered hands on venture training for accelerators and universities. Earlier in his career, he co founded multiple ventures and held leadership roles across sales, operations, and product — grounding his work in execution, not theory.

No hype. No silver bullets.
Just an honest conversation about how new ventures are built — and what founders can learn from doing it the hard way.
