​The Shortlist is back for our monthly Founder Showcase — a curated, application-only evening connecting early-stage founders with exceptional operators across New York. No panels. No pitches to VCs. Six founders building breakout companies, each sharing what they're building, why it matters, and the specific roles they're hiring for right now — followed by a mixer where you can talk to them directly.

​You'll leave with a shortlist of your own: companies worth watching, founders worth knowing, and roles you can move on this week.

​What to expect: Founders presenting at seed through Series B. Operators, builders, and executives who've seen what good looks like. An intentionally small room designed for real connection.

​Who this is for: Exceptional operators — whether you're actively exploring your next role, casually curious, or simply want to stay close to what's being built in NYC right now.
