The Shortlist is back for its third monthly Founder Showcase — and the room keeps getting better.
This is a monthly curated, application-only evening connecting early-stage founders with exceptional operators across New York. No panels. No pitches to VCs. Just six founders building breakout companies, a room full of people who've built things themselves, and the kind of candid conversation you don't get at most events.
Each founder will share what they're building, why it matters, and the specific roles they're actively hiring for right now — followed by a mixer.
What to expect: Founders presenting at the seed through Series B stage. Operators, builders, and executives who've seen what good looks like. An intentionally small room designed for real connection.
Who this is for: Exceptional operators — whether you're actively exploring your next role, casually curious, or simply want to stay close to what's being built in NYC right now.
