As privacy expectations evolve, many organizations are focused on compliance. But compliance alone isn't what will drive performance or build trust.

This session explores what's actually working in Canada right now, where strategies are falling short. We'll look at the growing gap between what companies say about privacy and what consumers actually understand, and why the companies that win won’t be the most compliant, but the most understandable and trustworthy.

Designed as a candid operator briefing with a focus on advertising privacy, this session will leave plenty of room for discussion and shared perspectives.
