ASC/CEMS Mushroom Picking & Hike
🍂 ASC & CEMS Hike in Nuuksio National Park 🍄
Get ready for a beautiful hike through the scenic trails of Nuuksio National Park, organized in collaboration between Aalto Sustainability Club and CEMS Club Helsinki. This is a great opportunity to enjoy nature, try to forage wild mushrooms, and learn more about CEMS and Aalto Sustainability Club.
Date: Sunday, September 28th
Time: meeting at 10:15 at Espoo railway station for the 10:25 bus to Meerlammentie bus station, return in the afternoon
Location: Nuuksio National Park
Cost: Free! (HSL ticket for C zone required for the bus)
Meet us at the Espoo railway station (Espoon asema) at 10:15 to catch the 245A bus at 10:25 to Nuuksio. We should arrive at Meerlammentie bus station at 10:45 and follow the Meerlammintie - Haukkalammentie Lake route.
What to pack:
🍎 food/snacks
💧 water bottle
🍄 container or bag for collecting mushrooms and/or berries
👟 suitable clothing and waterproof shoes for hiking
Registration opens on Tuesday 16.9 at 13:00, and spots are limited, so make sure to secure your spot! And please let us know if you can no longer make it.
