Identity 2.0 Open Studio
For the first time in our seven years (!!!) Identity 2.0 is hosting an open studio! We’ll be showcasing things we’ve made over the years, with a sneak peek at what's coming up.
Take a look at some of our highlights across the years - with work exploring:
Automated Weapon Systems
Afrofuturism
The Environmental Impact of AI
and more!
Across the three days we’ll host events, drop in sessions and chats - agenda to be confirmed soon!
Who this is for:
Maybe you’re curious about how we've explored these topics using interactive media, want to learn more about what it takes to run a small studio or maybe you just want to do something interesting for a couple of hours. You might even leave with some new merch, zine or a freebie.
When are we open:
Thursday 18th June: 5pm - 10pm
Friday 19th June: 9am - 8pm
Saturday 20th June: 10am - 5pm
Tickets are free. You’re welcome to just turn up, but booking a ticket will keep you updated on the agenda and the fun things we have planned.
More about Identity 2.0
Identity 2.0 is a creative studio imagining better digital futures. Our work explores inclusive stories about our relationship to technology. We do this by transforming research into creative mediums and developing playful knowledge spaces. It's co-created by Arda Awais and Savena Surana.
We work with partners to shape social impact stories about technology, alongside continuing our own studio work. Previously, we’ve worked with Stop Killer Robots, Museum of London and The National Archives, to name a few.
