​What to Expect

​We’re skipping the traditional tech talks for something hands-on. After a brief introduction to Cognition, we’ll split the room into teams and throw you into a high-stakes operational crisis.

​Your mission? Design an AI-driven solution on the fly. The game itself is intentionally participatory, using a mix of analog teamwork and your phones. Behind the scenes:

• ​Windsurf (Cascade) will ingest your team's responses to track scores and update a live leaderboard on the big screen.

• ​Devin will act as our live AI judge, analyzing your submissions, giving feedback, and delivering real-time praise (or roasts) to the room.
