About Event

Calling all CTOs and builders across the Nordics!

Join us in Stockholm for an afternoon of real talk about the technical challenges keeping you up at night.

This is your chance to swap war stories, debate architectural decisions, and connect with fellow technical leaders who actually get what it's like to build at scale. Whether you're wrestling with system design, team growth, or just need to vent about that one legacy codebase, bring your questions, your wins, and your "what were they thinking" moments.

AGENDA

17:00 - Intro and drinks

17:30 Speaker 1 - Tobias Fridén - CTO & Co-Founder @ Airpelago

About me:
Tobias Fridén is a developer with a background in physics, robotics and autonomous vehicles. Since 2018 he is one of the co-founders of Airpelago, the european leaders in inspecting critical energy infrastructure with autonomous drones and one of Europe’s largest drone operators with over 22’000 flight hours and more than 160’000 km of power lines inspected. He is passionate about using automation and software to enable scalable technologies which lead to a better world.

Talk abstract:
In the talk Tobias will share how automation is a key enabler in large scale data collection. He will also share Airpelago’s strategy for AI adoption in the organisation which revolves around a human-first approach, as well as a hands-on demonstration on how they are using AI to superpower their internal operations while maintaining full security and control.

18:00 Speaker 2 - Anton Fenske - CTO Alva Labs

About me: Anton Fenske is CTO at Alva Labs, where he works with product and engineering teams on how AI changes the way software gets built. His focus is on turning experimentation into practical ways of working that improve speed, quality, and developer experience.

Talk abstract: Most teams are no longer asking if AI matters. They are asking how to use it in a way that actually improves how they work. In this session, Anton shares practical lessons from Alva's move toward more AI-first ways of working: where AI has helped, where it hasn't, and what it takes to make new habits stick across product and engineering. Using concrete examples, he explores how teams can adapt their workflows, improve developer experience, and get real value from AI without turning it into a side project.
