​Most organizations still talk about AI strategy and people strategy as two separate conversations. The leaders pulling ahead have stopped doing that.

​If your organization is going to actually move on AI — adopting capabilities, not just buying licenses and tokens — the bottleneck won't be the technology. It'll be your teams: their fluency, their adaptability, the speed at which they can absorb new tools and rethink their work. This means the highest-leverage AI investment most leaders aren't making is investing seriously in their people.

​Seattle Tech Forum is bringing together a cross-functional panel representing technology, people development, and the business, for a candid discussion of what it actually looks like to treat people development as the engine of AI adoption. Not as a check-the-box program or a downstream consequence; rather, as a core lever to accelerate innovation.
