Somatic Breathwork is an embodiment experience designed to take you out of your thinking mind and into the deep intelligence of your body — where true healing, clarity, and release happen. It allows your body to express and discharge stored emotions, stress, and old narratives that may be weighing you down.
Somatic Breathwork uses circular connected breathing together with rhythmic music to produce a cathartic emotional release. This release may be in the form of moving, shaking, yelling, crying, laughing, or simply deep stillness.
It gives your body the opportunity to express emotions or actions that may otherwise be unacceptable in modern social settings, allowing your nervous system to process traumas and restore balance.
Using the breath, you’ll engage your body’s innate ability to heal — sweeping out any defenses, blockages, restrictions, or pains that hold you back from showing up as your truest self.
Many participants experience profound emotional release, newfound clarity, and a grounded sense of calm even after a single session.

Anna Bolender is a certified Somatic Embodiment & Intuitive Life Coach, Somatic Breathwork and Quantum Wellness Practitioner, Reiki Master, and lifelong student of holistic health and well-being.
